Pitbull at Universal Mardi Gras!

So we went to see Pitbull at Universal Studios Mardi Gras last night. It was so extremely busy, and it didn't help that as we were trying to walk to the concert area, the parade has JUST started! So this meant battling through the crowds lining the streets AND dodging flying beads, LOL, which was quite fun actually!

We couldn't quite get to the stage area due to the crowds, so we snuck through the Jimmy Neutron gift shop and found an exit door that led us to half way up the concert area! We were on a raised sidewalk area so decided to stay there, even though it was to the side. Was a great view except the huge palm trees they have kind of block the T.V screen, grrr!

Anyway he came on bang on time (Unlike when MC Hammer came last year and made us all wait ages AND was rubbish!!). His show is so energetic, I didn't expect it to be! He sure likes to thrust, a LOT! Really did make me want to re-learn Spanish though as he spoke it for most of the time in between songs, so I could only pick up the odd word in-between screams! :-)

We didn't stay for the whole show, as we always sneak off a little earlier to avoid delays in the parking garage. But from what I read on Twitter, it was a nightmare getting out, so good choice on our part!
